Bitcoin’s price has been experiencing fluctuations in the past 24 hours, dropping below $67,000 on multiple occasions. Despite these corrections, the cryptocurrency has reacted positively and currently hovers around the $67,000 mark. Last week, Bitcoin faced a decline to just over $61,000 due to some issues with Coinbase, but quickly rebounded and initiated a significant rally after the announcement of US CPI numbers. The rapid increase in price saw BTC surpass $66,000, only to correct slightly to just under $65,000 before climbing back up towards the end of the week.

Altcoin Performance

Ethereum (ETH) is on the verge of breaking below $3,100 with a 0.4% daily decrease, driven by the anticipation surrounding the SEC’s decision on Ethereum ETFs. Similarly, Binance Coin has also dropped by a similar percentage to $576. Other larger-cap altcoins such as XRP, DOGE, AVA, DOT, TRX, and BCH have also experienced losses, while Solana’s native token has increased by 2.5% and is close to $180.
